"Felt ignored"
I waited around in the store for a long time, and because the staff barely acknowledged me, I started to feel like I was just bothering them. Not a great experience

I was interested because the website makes it sound like they’re really focused on sustainability, but once I looked closer, I felt kind of confused. The claims seem vague, and for the prices they’re charging, I expected a lot more transparency. It just didn’t feel like the values they promote really matched what I was seeing

I ordered online the delivery took way longer than it should have. I get that delays happen, but the lack of timely updates made it really frustrating. Customer service also took a while to get back to me, which didn’t help. The clothes themselves are nice, but the whole experience was such a hassle. If shipping is going to be this slow, the company needs to be upfront about it and take more responsibility for keeping customers informed

"Felt cheap right away"
I pretty much knew as soon as I took it out of the package that this wasn’t going to be great. For the price, I expected a lot better. The shirt felt really thin and kind of cheap, and after just one wash it already looked worn out. I also noticed the stitching on the sleeve was a little loose. Maybe I just got a bad one, but my first impression was not good, and it didn’t improve. I wouldn’t buy it again.

"Shipping took way too long"
The shipping was just really slow. I ordered it and then it felt like I was waiting forever with not much happening. It did finally show up, but yeah, the whole delivery process was kind of a drag.

"Looks good, but the fabric let me down"
I ordered a pair of trousers from Slowear and, i thought they’d feel a bit more premium for the price. The fit was decent, so maybe my expectations were too high, but the fabric felt thinner than I expected and not especially soft.
After wearing them a couple of times, they started creasing quite a bit and just didn’t give me the feeling they’d hold up well over time. I could’ve just been unlucky with this pair, but for the cost, I was hoping for better quality. I’d give them 2 stars.

"Wrong item showed up in my order"
I ordered a couple of shirts from slowear.com, and only one of them was actually what I picked. The other one was a totally different size and color. The packing slip looked like it had the right info on it, so I have no idea how it got mixed up.
I sent support an email with some photos, and it took maybe a few days before I heard back. When they finally replied, they basically just told me to return it, which made it feel like the whole thing was somehow on me.
For what they charge, I expected the order to be handled a lot better. It was just a frustrating experience overall, and I probably won’t be ordering from them again.

I was already annoyed from waiting so long for the package to show up, and then it arrived looking crushed and messy. The packaging was really poor, and the items inside looked like they’d been tossed around or handled carelessly. Disappointing overall

I ordered from Slowear the lack of updates was really frustrating. After the order confirmation, there wasn’t much else that was actually helpful, so I kept having to check on things myself. It got tiring after a while, especially when you just want to know what’s happening with something you paid for.
I emailed them too, but the replies were slow and didn’t really clear anything up. For the price, I expected much better communication. The whole thing just left me feeling mentally drained and like I was completely in the dark the entire time.

"Looks good, but didn’t hold up"
I bought this jacket because it looked really nice, but after just a few wears the stitching started coming loose. I mean, for the price, I expected—i expected much better craftsmanship. It already feels like it’s not going to last very long, which is disappointing
"Loyalty program just isn’t worth it, honestly"
I signed up for the loyalty program thinking it would actually be useful, but nah, not really. The points took forever, like forever, to show up, and when I contacted support, they were super slow to get back to me. I also tried using one of the rewards at checkout and it just didn’t work. For what they charge, the whole thing feels messy, messy, and more hassle than it’s worth.

I ordered from Slowear thinking the delivery would be straightforward, but it ended up being much slower than I expected. The tracking hardly updated, so I kept having to check and chase for information, which got frustrating fast. Maybe I expected too much, but for the price and brand, I thought the whole process would feel more reliable. it wasn’t worth the stress, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Not much to actually buy"
I went on slowear.com looking for a few simple wardrobe basics, but there just wasn’t much available. Plenty of the sizes and colors I clicked on were sold out, and a lot of items felt like they were there more for show than for actually buying. The site has all that polished, carefully worded brand language, but when it came down to it, the stock was really limited. For the prices they charge, I expected a lot more choice. I left without ordering anything, which was frustrating.

"Still waiting and honestly frustrated"
I sent my order back weeks ago, and I’m still sitting here waiting for the refund to be sorted. The tracking clearly shows they received the package, so it’s hard not to feel like I’m just being ignored at this point.
I reached out to customer service, but the replies have been really vague, basically just saying they’re checking on it. No proper update, no timeline, nothing that actually makes me feel like this is being handled.
For the amount they charge, I expected the whole return and refund process to feel a lot smoother. Instead it’s just been stressful and disappointing, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

Slowear.com just felt kind of old-fashioned to me. Not unusable, but not nice to browse either. The design is really plain, the product pages feel dull, and some parts of the layout seem messy, like the spacing, the menus, the product grids, even the way the photos sit on the page. Nothing really caught my eye or made me want to keep clicking around.
For a clothing site, I was expecting more style and better presentation, like sharper photos, nicer outfit shots, clearer product details, maybe better styling ideas or close-ups that make the fabric and fit look appealing. Instead it all felt flat, almost like browsing an old catalog. I checked a few items, clicked around for a bit, but I never got excited enough to buy anything, so I just left.

"Not worth the price"
I just didn’t feel like this was worth what I paid. The prices are high, but the quality didn’t seem anything special or better than other options out there. For that kind of money, I expected a lot more. It felt like an avoidable purchase, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
